  • How to purchase from Lensbeautystore?
    Click on the shop button or selcet any product categories. Choose the product you want to purchase and press add to cart. Press the check out button and proceed to making payment. All you have to do now is just wait for your parcel to arrive at your door steps.
  • Where can I get help if I'm experiencing problems with the product?
    You can get to us anything by sending in an email to our team or even call us during the operating hour. We will help to solve your problems instantly.
  • Security consent for transaction online.
    Every payment made with Lensbeautystore is under eGHL, which is a certified international online gateway. It is being certified by all bank in Singapore therefore you shouldn't have worry bout the security issue.
  • How do I confirm shipments?
    You wull get notified by Lensbeautystore through an email sending to your provided mail.
  • Is tracking information required?
    A tracking code will be send to you when we had shipped out the items. Simply clik in the link provided and enter the code to track your product location.
  • How long does it take to arrive?
    In normal circumstances, we deliver in 3 to 7 working days for local and South East Asia addresses, excluding the weekends of course. Should your delivery address is outside Singapore, it may take slightly longer, please do consult with our customer service team. But there are cases where by the contact lenses are out of stock or during public holidays like Chinese New Year or Hari Raya, we may take a slightly longer time as well. Anyhow, our customer service team will notify you if there is any delays on the shipment.
  • Can I cancel my order after payment made?
    You can always cancel your order BEFORE your product being sent. If you still wish to cancel your order during the shipping process, you will need to wait till you get the product, sending it back to us. No refund will be offered, only store credits and product exchange will be offered.
  • Bank Transfer
    We do not accept bank transfer at the moment. Perhaps in the future!
  • Credit/Debit Card
    We accept Credit card and Debit card as well. you can input your details through our secured payment gateway. However, your credit card issuing bank may apply a service fee of 0.8% for Visa and 1% for Master or other percentages determined by your credit card issuing bank, on top of your transacted amount, as our payment gateway service provider is located overseas. Please contact your credit card issuing bank for further details.
